I have a question. Lets say you're cutting fiberglass mat in prep for it to be used in the costume. It hadnt touched resin or anything. is the dust that comes out of the fiberglass mat as you're cutting it toxic?

Turkeyassassin, you're speaking of a different kind of sleep disorder, called sleep paralysis. mac isnt talking about that, hes just talking about some sort of major loss of circulation in his arm. sleep paralysis is something very very different.

well, I wasn't exactly thinking piece by piece, but putting in the fiberglass ahead of time and resining it when the whole helmet is done. piece by piece didnt really work out for me when i tried frost's hot glue method on the bicep piece. it induced premature warpage :rolleyes
