I'm with you here, the Hulk was a great addition and the acting by Mark Ruffalo was fantastic! Much better than previous actors.

I have an old visor from a while ago that I never used but it somehow got epoxy on it in small spots. I'd prefer not to have to buy a whole new visor when I have a perfectly good one already. So is there any way to remove it without damaging the visor?

I second this. Plus matte black is the best primer for anything so it has more than one usage.

For cutting the visor you need to use a dremel, with I'd say a ehhh 1/16" cutting bit? If someone could confirm that I think that's a good size. But simply put use a dremel or other type of rotary tool. Great job so far though!
