    "Help!" for: Papercraft or Pepakura

Hello. There are many tutorials about this topic. This is the one I used for my helmet and it worked perfectly: http://www.405th.com/showthread.php/25588-How-to-Scale-Your-Armour-Tutorial-V.2 However, I recommend to use the search function and look for the others tutorials as well because...

In the print and paper settings, there is a transparency slide. Adjust this slide to 0% (the far right).

Hey, being a Halocoholic is a serious matter ! :D

    "Help!" for: Papercraft or Pepakura

I don't know too much of photoshop, but here I go: First, you take a picture of your forearm, leg, chest or the part of your body you wish to make. Then you open pepakura and in the left window, rotate the model with the right mouse button until it looks the same angle as your picture. Then...

    Mark VII

I think the Chief will be using the MkVI at the beginning of the game, and then, for some reasons, Cortana with help of some forerunner technology (@_@) will be able to upgrade his armor. I'm one of the guys who think the E3 trailer is just for demo purposes and the change will be explained...

Obsessed fangirl or a disease? XD

When I was in high school I had exactly 87 dragon ball z posters on every wall and ceiling of my room and some others from games and anime series. That was my first collection of anything besides trading cards and magazines. Since 2005 I became collector of rare games, anime figures, resin...

    "Help!" for: Papercraft or Pepakura

I made three forearms, the first one using the tutorial but it was "very small", so I adjusted the scale myself for the next one and it resulted very big. For the last one I got a lot of reference pictures and when I finished peping it I realized the first one was ok. Next, I build two chest...

    "Help!" for: Papercraft or Pepakura

There are a couple of great tutorials about this. One of these is from Xtreme tactics and is excellent for the arms, shoulders and legs. For the chest and cod pieces (the hardest in my opinion) I used the tip from LongShot post (page 12) which is measure your chest and waist and adjust the...

    "Help!" for: Papercraft or Pepakura

Wow, thanks for the quick reply guys ! In that case, just to be sure, I'll get a couple of screenshots of marines/spartans with these weapons and also take in account the toy weapons scale according to their respective figures. With those two sets of proportions I will see how similar the...

    Fitting my head problem...

I had a similar problem with my first MARK VI helmet. The bottom hole was very small and I couldn't put the helmet beyond my ears. I didn't have a rotatory tool, drill or any tool so I have to sand the hole's border manually, until my ears could fit in.

    "Help!" for: Papercraft or Pepakura

Hi guys. I have what I think is a silly question, but its better to be sure, so here it goes: I'm about to begin printing the magnum, battle rifle and knife with sheath models. Do these files (and by the way, all the weapons files) need some scaling or are these made with real size proportions...

    Tyrael - (Diablo) Armor

Awesome ! Tyrael is my favorite Diablo character. I'm really interested in your project. Good luck !!

    Mark VII

The new design looks... well, different. I still don't like too much the mouth part of the helmet and the lack of a cod piece and also the upper center part of the chest. The overall armor is cool, but just, different. Perhaps is just me... but I'm sure people thought the same with the...

    Ok. Who hates resin?

Not in mi case, the $%&@ gallon of resin didn't have any instructions... neither the small bottle of hardener. Sometimes I forget that you can get those fancy cans with labels and instructions everywhere... My first gallon of resin was just a generic plastic recipient with nothing written on it...
