Um anyone from Ontario here? If so I'd like to ask where you get your brushes at. All I see at Walmart are individual brushes and I'd much rather just buy a box set. If anyone could tell me where they get it that'd be awesome.

Okay another question. When using the resin for hardening do I need to use safety glasses? I know I need to do it for when I'm actually using the fibreglass mat, but would the fumes do anything to my eyes?

Um well I'm working on my Assault Rifle Pep and I just want to ask someone who's done one before. How did you harden the outside of the piece without it warping? Did you harden it is one piece, part by part, or did you seperate it into smaller pieces, resin it and then joined the pieces?

Eh... Probably just gonna go with Aqua Resin then. Better to spend a few extra bucks then risk health. Is a respirator needed if working outside with AquaResin?

Would replacing the Rondo with expanding foam work? Has anyone ever tried this? If so let me know the results please, cause I'd rather not buy Bondo just to do the weapon. Oh yeah and can Epoxy replace Fibreglass Resin, cause I'm looking for non-toxic ways to do my armor, since I don't like...

Yeah sadly I've had to scrap the entire armor. Had another growth spurt of about 2 or 3 inches, so the armor no longer fits me..... Probably not going to start another armor for a year or two. Give myself a time to finish growing, so this doesn't happen again.

Yeah like the others said it looks a bit off, but it's great for your test build. But you'll want to increase the height of the model a bit. If it's that close to your chin, there'll be problems later on. Otherwise it's a great start.

Meh, this one will do for now, cause I really only need it for smoothing out some sharp/rough edges and cutting the visor out, since I'm not doing any bondo work on this project. Too little money and workspace. Resining is hard enough without smelling the fumes after I'm done.

Dude... No just no. One layer of fibreglass doesn't make your helmet airsoft resistant. Several layers might, but one definately won't. You're suppose to do multiple layers from what I've heard.

Okay so my visor is way too big for my helmet and it needs to be trimmed down. Anyone mind telling me how to do this without cracking the whole thing? I have no dremel so that's out of the question.

Yeah I've tried contacting them for prices, but I've yet to get a reply. Will try calling tomorrow, cause it's an hour drive away, so I want to know if the trip will be worth it.
