Well after I primed I decided to paint it all black to get the imperfections out of it. The paint makes a great filler if you get the cheap stuff. Just to show you, I also took a pic of the light we're gonna use on the front. Still looking for good ideas for customizing.

Sorry dude, just look for the regular Mark V helmet and Mark VI armor, that's all that I used. After that I just used a dremel and such to make everything nice and purty. Be sure to get really cheap acryllic paint too so that you can just glob it on there, it can be used almost like a bondo.
