Hey Guys!
So after watching that Indymogul Vid back in 2009 and procastrinating for the better part of 7 years, i finally decided to start building a Suit.
Two weeks from now there is a Local Convention and id like to go there wearing my Halo 2 ODST Armor.
I started last night and have 10 pieces left to finish my Upper Body.
So far it looks pretty good, the Torso looks like it should fit me Size-wise (ill get to that next) and yeah...
Ive printed on 100g Paper, use a Hotglue gun, yadayadayada.
Sooo... About the Size:
Im using Ruze789's files. After assembling part of the Torso, i noticed that, while my neck will fit nice and snuggly, my head will never pass through that hole.
So i guessed ill Resin the thing, maybe reinforce the Area and then make a cut where i need it.
Has anyone ever build this and has any suggestions?
Also, i live in Germany and have some translating problems when it comes to Materials...
Anyone got an idea on what i should buy for Resin, Bondo, Fiberglass, etc. so i dont get chemical burns while wearing the Suit?

Hey Leute!
Also, bezüglich der Größe:
