(CLOSED) 3D Printed Spartan-III Build

Here is the goal, the armor is probably going to be changed up a bit but this is the rough idea of what I want it to look like.

Some info:
- MP helmet is by TurboCharizard
- Using MoeSizzlac's armor files credit to him!
- The armor is going to be the female variant because it fits me better.

Arms are complete! Now starting the boots.

Got ahold of armorsmith and some boot progress. I've also decided to print the rest of the armor at 0.12mm layer height, the front part of the boot took 40 hours and the back took around 30 hours.

Prints look amazing! That layer heights putting out some good results.

Major issue, unfortunately the last corner part of the helmet doesnt fit.. I will take a break on the helmet for now and move on to other parts of the armor.

Thats a bummer. Is that something you could use a hot knife to reshape and attach when you come back around to it?

As for the helmet not fitting, could you post some pics of the issue? Is it like a misalignment?

As for the helmet not fitting, could you post some pics of the issue? Is it like a misalignment?

Yeah I managed to get it on by cutting out some material. I have a soldering gun so I will try to merge it then fill it with some wood filler.

I see, glad you could save it. Definitely fill in some of the gaps with some filament if youve got it, itll make the filling afterward go by way better

Okay, so the current printer my Ender 3 pro is pretty much dead so I will not be able to do anything until I buy my next printer. I'm aiming towards the CR-10s Pro V2 with a much larger build volume to make printing the armor much easier. Sorry, but there won't be much more updates for the time being.
