He has to ask permission if he sells.

Just like you can sculpt Bungie's logo. They won't pursue you for that.

Definitely! If I do pursue selling this I will ask the right people my wife is a logo designer so Im used to the whole thing I don't want to step on any toes. Thanks for the comments by the way.
