I am new to the forums and this is my first post, but I have noticed that a big problem with the forum is that people are lazy and will not search and all that blah blah blah. Well, what if you were to break up the pepakura/cardboard discussion board to even smaller boards such as a section just for the visor, a section just for the helmet, a section just for resin/fiberglassing, etc. I don't know if this would even be possible do to the amount of time it would take, but...it is just a suggestion. It would make it easier to search for posts.
