one thing ive been wondering about is why not make a flat pep visor for the helmets so they can be cut out for a template for the visor.

i hope someone understood what i meant

Just put a piece of paper inside your helmet, curve it so that the edges are connected, and outline the area.
Then you can use it as a template, Besides as you probably know the master chiefs visor is curved upwards and sideways, well if you buy a regular visor you dont even have to worry about the curving, upwards...
