I was always thought that the AR was a shell cast with foam in it. Its good to finally see a HQ 405th/AdamGumbo video! Request to see how to install a FX kit

I am wondering why you don't mention use of a mask or good ventilation while your are casting your AR.

theres no real fumes, so i dont see a big need for a mask.... it's not like fiberglass.

Great stuff Adam. I see those adjustable tie-downs work really good for keeping tension on the mold when it needs to stay closed.
