Any possible .pdo makers? (not halo stuff)

I have a buddy who wants to make some pretty detailed, yet hard costumes. I was just wondering if anyone here specialized in model making. These are the characters he wanted to try:

why not try card board and duct tape it would probably come out better for those designs then any pep would.

thing about the oden sphere Characters is the deformed proportions so even if you found someone who would be willing to model them on human proportions they wouldnt really look right
