Any Tutorial On How To Use Clear Epoxy On A Helm?

hey guys if any one know how to use clear epoxy please post some tutorial here or some project pictures, i will like to start to use this materia and i don t know wich is the best way to use on a pep piece, together with the paint? after the paint?etc etc
