So I was thinking about my way of assembly and how it can be quite inferior.

I cut everything out, then I crease everything, then I fold everything, then I assemble everything from bottom to top.

I find that this might not be the best option.

Maybe a better way would be cut one page, crease that page, assemble that page, and then continue? And I hear to assemble from top to bottom. but who knows!

How do you guys do it?

I score and cut out the pieces as theyre needed. Its alot easyer to score pieces when theyre still on the paper than cut out.
I also recomend that you Chose a big and/or not complex piece to use as your base.

Also, if you are fiberglassing, like I did, do this as you go along(inside or out. Out is easyer but less detailed. In is harder but shows all if the pepakura detail).
This is my armor Glassed on the outside.

Assemble from back to front. Cut each piece out as you need it using the "Check corresponding face function". That's how I do it anyway. Probably yours is more common.
