My Battle Rifle. Made out of foamboard and bondo. Clip is removable

My assault rifle. Made out of foamboard, still needs to be sanded down and bondoed.

ODST Helmet

ODST Chest

SMG, stock retracted. Missing the ammo receiver and trigger assembly. Needs to be bondoed.

The same SMG, stock extended. The next one I make will have a folding forward grip as well.

Old school Master Chief. Made before Sylfo made the low-res H3 models.

ODST, Halo 2 Master Chief, and bits of an elite.

My sniper rifle snapped in half, so I don't have pictures of that right now.

Sweet BR. Your armors are looking good so far. My first armor was the elite as well three years ago and I'm always anxious to see what others do for theirs. I've found that if you use the latex hand gloves the the Aliens movie costume they work great for the elite. Also if you go on youtube and search for video on the predator face mask you can work the mandibles fairly easily. Good luck.

Very nice! Whats it made of? foam right? i tried using foam and i just cant work with it at all. nice odst pep by the way. also about the foam br, are you gonna put a scope on?

It's foam board. The kind kids use for science fair projects. I print out a scaled picture of the pep model, then cut it out of the boards, then cut down each piece depending on where it's supposed to be. Then I use a knife and sandpaper to shape it before smoothing the thing with bondo. I'll eventually get a scope, but haven't done it yet.

I wish i had that kind of time! (and $$$$$$$$$$$$...) looks great, no doubt you will be a reference for when I start mine... IF i ever finish the scales and complete my suit... sigh
