Welcome to the Australian events megathread for 2026. This first post will be kept updated with any dates or convention changes or new announcements as needed. We will do as much panning as we can on dedicated threads which will be linked here on the megathread.

Housekeeping requests:
1. Please contact Regiment Staff via DM if you are wanting to organize your own event or meet up at an existing event so that we can give you the tools and support you need to run it. And if we already have official but un-announced plans for the same or similar event we can bring you into the planning for that.
2. Please keep eye catching text to a minimum in this thread so our official announcements don't get missed.

All known larger convention dates are as follows, if something is missing let us know and we will add to it.
The format is DATE - NAME - LOCATION

Any event that is in coloured text and/or underlined has an official meet up planed and the information can be found summarized within this thread and further information by following the links to their official event threads.

Amazing! On the 27th of Feb to the 1st of march There is the Newy-Con coming to Newcastle in NSW this year

Temple - I'm keeping a close eye on their website for more information! There's currently not much available about the comic-con aspect of the event yet but it will hopefully be very exciting to have a Newcastle Convention
