You can edit your charracter online... Thats all. No?

I like the ability to customize your soldier, it really makes your them stand out. I'm not a very big fan of the pipsqueak popper sniper rifle or grenade spam ability because people always kill me with them

Actually, it's both a browser and downloaded game. You launch the game via their website.
