OK I need help.
What is the best adhesive to attach the visor? Hot glue, caulk, silicon, locktite?
Any advise would help me out!
thanks guys and gals!

Hot glue.

It holds strong, and if you ever need to pry the visor out, it wont damage the helmet or the visor. It isnt that easy to pry out, but if you do it slowly and carefully, you can get it out undamaged.

I gotta dissagree with you on that one Frost. Black silicone gasket sealer is the best. It has all the positive things you said about hot glue plus it's opaque, black, stronger, and still has some give to it after it dries. But I guess it's all a matter of preference anyway.

hot glue i know would work but i would like to use something that gives me around 5 minutes of adjusting time.
hot glue would harden to quickly.
does the silicone have about a 5-10 minutes working time? does it come in clear?
thanks

The silicone has about a 4 hour working time. Basically you will need to jam the visor into place and let is dry. If you want clear and faster time, try window and door sealer caulking type II Silicone.
