Ok, so I was curious if there are any specific tutorials on making my own 3d models to unfold and print with pepakura. I really want to try and make my own armor pieces and all that jazz, but I don't really have any idea where to start making it on blender. Any help would be fantastic!

Welcome to the forum!

I'm currently working on a Blender tutorial of my own that's more suited to Pepakura usage, but for the most part, I would urge you to get stuck in, learn the interface, and play around with editing basic shapes. Start small - I'd suggest something simple like turning a circle into a soda can, or such. Once you have the basic principles down you can then apply them further.

Ok! I'll do my best! Thanks much!

That's fine. The most you'll really need to get to grips with are simple things like the extrusion, subdivision, duplicate, size and rotate tools.

For easy reference, those hotkeys are E, S, Shift+D, S and R respectively. Start by using the Create tab in the far left side of the screen to spawn in a simple shape like a square or circle (I'd suggest a circle), and then work on turning it into something else (I just experimented with making a soda can, took me five minutes using only those tools).

Once you have the basic functions down you can then start to develop more complex models. The Lucius-pattern lasgun from Warhammer 40,000 might've taken me the better part of a week, on and off, and it still needs refinement.
