Booth:
I'll be applying for a booth again this year! We're hoping for a space 10'x20' in the community zone, just like last year. I'll also be asking for 16 exhibitor badges, just like last year. I'll give updates as the booth application moves through.
Booth Layout/Floorplan
Feedback and ideas for booth layout are welcome! Based on our location and what's worked well at past conventions, I think this is a good starting point. I will be bringing the backdrop, retractable banner, floor sign, prop rack, table cloths, business cards, acrylic tabletop signs, helmet stands, and a good assortment of helmets and props to display. Please bring your props and helmets you wish to display as well!

It's time to start planning our biggest con of the year! This is our chance to get our there and tell anyone and everyone all about Halo cosplay and the community. Last year was a ton of fun and I can't wait to do it all again this year!
