AND I CAN'T EVEN GET 45º ANGLED CUTS ON MY FOAM BOARDS!!!

Well I've only made one other foam suit before these two, an Iron Man that I had to scrap since it was horrible looking.

Though it only took me 6 days to make these two chest pieces.

Thanks, for angled cuts, all I use is a pair of scissors and a heat gun.

Yep 10mm. Cut it out with an exacto, then angle the edges with scissors. I've just used Stealth's tutorials - https://www.youtube.com/user/TheHeroTutorials
