Can't find Hughes ODST pep files

Hi, I've been making a suit of ODST armor and I've run into the issue of not being able to find the files to finish it. Every time I go to the old sites archive, it tells me to come here and this archive only has 8 pep files total, none of them being ODST related. I'm hoping that someone could direct me to a working link to Hughes ODST shins and thighs or if someone who has it could give me the file
