Hello all!

Last year I commissioned my friend Graham (Boba Fett here on the forums) to make a classic MK V helmet in hopes of having it done for the Halo Anniversary midnight release. He was unable to finish it before the deadline and sent it too me to finish. He did a fantastic job peping and getting a base layer of bondo on to work with. This gave me a great base to work with! You can see all of his progress at this thread -

And then it sat on my shelf for almost a year.......until last month. I decided to make a rush foam build of a MK V suit for the Halo 4 release! So I began work on the helmet by building up this back detail area. There was a piece of plastic there to help save bondo , but the catalyst reacted too it and it ended up creating more work for myself...

After days upon days of sanding , bondo , more sanding , and more bondo , this is what I now have! (I didn't take many pictures during the process)

The weathering makes it look distorted , but it's actually a huge improvement!

Now here is the majority of the suit I'll be wearing to the Halo 4 midnight release tomorrow night!

I am going to complete the Cod piece tonight and I'm calling it midnight release worthy! (no ab plate, thighs , shins , or boots)
I'll post more pictures tomorrow!

Tell me what you think!
