Complication with pepkura file

The EVA security shoulder file uploaded by L3X BLU3R1V3R made by rundown

for some reason in pepkura designer 3 I cant open it.

And i don't want to use the other its not accurate and its just doesn't seem right. Did anyone else ever have this problem? And if so any advice on how to fix it?

Sorry its in the recruit section but I'm new so I don't have a choice.

more information would be helpful but have you tried getting the security shoulder from this page, its L3X's own thread;
