ok so updating now, big learning curve doing this. ps for all the aussie's out there that like me were wondering what hell 'bondo' is & looking like an arse asking hardware people, it is what we call 'bog!'.
Making my Rondo was a lession in improsivision. It also warped the LHS just above the visor.
I have just put one coat of matt undercoat on to see what it looks like.
OK result I guess but not as good as I was hoping for.
Next one will be vastly better!
