Well for the last 3 months I have been working on it for a while with the ideas and scuplting everything out to make a set of Space Marine Armor. So far I have gotten the clay molds (red oil based) done for the Helmet, Chest and Back and the Shoulder Plates but I still need to sculpt the rest of the pieces out. Now once I have everything done will come the fun part of vacforming everything and doing it that way, or doing a slush fiberglass method and I am just stuck on which one would be stronger, lighter, easier to do between using the same material the 501st Stormtroopers use which is normally .80 ABS thermoplastic or fiberglass resin. What do you think I should do and does anybody have any ideas.
