i cant take all credit for this discovery but i found a website with an ads help for cutom stuffs, the website is www.artscow.com and u are able to make custom dog tags i made a few myself and they came out great! its really easy to do and only takes like 5 min at most but it was worth see pic and about the cupon code the code is "DOGTAGS"

From the Halo wiki:

"All UNSC personnel wear dog tags when on active duty. There are, however, some exceptions. Spartans have never been described as wearing dog tags, as it is possible that they interfere with MJOLNIR and SPI armor. Also, the amour itself acts as a dog tag, containing all info on the Spartan wearing it."

How accurate that is I don't know...
