Update:
Fiberglassed the helmet and put two layers of cloth on some weak spots. Also took the dremmel to the supports when it dried.

Cool, looks like my first helmet. I didn't think of putting the fiberglass on the inside though, looks like you won't need as much bondo that way.

Update:

Dremeled the excess fiberglass and extrusions, added layer of silver paint and sanded to prep. for bondoing tomorrow. (Need to go buy some primer, but for now, this will have to work.)

Also I paper mached alot more of the body armor, few pieces to go and then I'll add the second layer and see how it turns out.

Helmet Update:

Did a lot of bondo work, doing alot more, then priming, spot putty, wet sanding, priming, painting, visor installation.

Boba fett is awesome but I would have to side with skiratas null clones.

Helmet is looking great, how are the plates coming along?

Yes the Nulls are definitely cooler.

And, eh, I've been focused on the helmet. I have all but the thighs and the backplate paper mached, but I'm planning on doing more layers so I can sand/ detail.

Also, I'm going on vacation for a couple of weeks so I won't be updating.
