Custom SHEET METAL ARMOR Build

Hey guys, so its been awhile since i completed my Halo Reach build ( http://www.405th.com/showthread.php...-build-FREE-HAND-NO-PEP/page9?highlight=ethan )

My sisters Husband has just supplied me with a bunch of aluminium sheet metal that is really easy to cut and bend and mold, i have no experience with working with metal but i figure ill work it out haha. I have just finished quickly sketching an idea for a suit of metal armor and i just purchased a rivet gun and about 300 blind rivets... LETS DO THIS

Quick sketch of what im goin for, wont get too into drawing it properly cause i figure it wont go as easy on the building process. Thinkin of doin a three part cape to look like a royal knight or sumthn

This is super awesome! It's so cool that you're doing a completely custom suit, too. I have very rarely seen a suit on here that was totally designed, planned and build by someone, let alone with metal.

I admit, when I saw "Custom SHEET METAL" I was a little hesitant. Every once in a while someone say they are gonna do a metal suit, then nothing more comes of it. I happy you actually have a plan and progress.

As mentioned above, many people in the past have claimed they were going to make a suit out of metal, but never even got started. It's nice to see that you're actually making progress and have photos to show it! Excellent work so far, keep it up.
