Custom Spartan IV (First Build) QUESTION

Im about to start a Spartan IV built that will include;

-Full set of Centurion Armor
-ARC-920 Railgun

I need your input if it is allowed to "modify" the armor after completion? I planned on doing something kind of like Jorge in Reach, as i wanted to build some add-ons such as packs, pouches, etc. I wanted to know if i could take some of the Reach parts and manipulate them to Halo 5, Spartan IV standards?


Also i don't know how to get rid of the Recluse Concept Art for Halo 5.
