Diffulculty With Fiberglass

I completed my first fiberglassing on my helmet but I didn't finish it yet. I got the top portion done but I have a question with how to get the fiberglass into the hollow part at the top/front part of the helmet. Any suggestions? Pics are up on my photobucket account. (I guess this is kinda like a wip thread)

Soak the fiberglass with resin and stuff it in there with a pencil or something similar.

As for a tool, if you cant fit a pencil in you can always try to use an allen wrench?
