Digigrade Stilts For Arbiter Costume

After reading a topic on Cosplay.com someone made a suggestion of Digigrade Stilts, for someone elses Garrus cosplay from Mass Effect. Basically how they described it was that digigrade stilts would both add a few inches to height and give it a reversed hinged look to the legs, now the thought is would something like this be perfect for working on a Arbiter or Elite costume?

It was discussed briefly in a thread not too long ago. Sean Bradley has posted pictures of his own digigrade stilts.

It does look awesome, and incorporated in an Elite costume would totally rock.
