I think it's broken. It uses some kind of outdated Java thing from Microsoft, and Microsoft won't update it or re-release the software.

I've been trying to get Adam to give Vex FTP access so she can replace the old chat with the new one. But yes I'm on every day as a viewer monitoring the chat from time to time.
