Doom Marine helmet

Hi, I've just finished the doom marine helmet. I've to say, it's the first time I made something on my own, I never did armor or stuff without any help. And the result is not 100% accurate, but well, I don't have experience in this.
I made it with opaline paper, resin, fiberglass, and the visor is just plastic with cellophane paper.

I have to say this is a good place to be as a first attempt on your own! If I were you, down the road, I would upgrade your visor to something that looks more solid, the visor looks wavy to me, I would get some PETG plastic from amazon and heat form it in the shape you want and you can dye it with idye or also the synthetic rit dye (just recently saw some guy on facebook use the rit dye synthetic stuff, super cool!). Good job!

Nice I did pretty much the exact same on my first helmet no bondo work haha you will only get better and bigger from here

unfortunately I don't have enough patience to do things, the visor was looking smooth in the 3rd pic, then I had issues to glue it and I said, ok f*** it and that's the result xD I will upgrade it someday, I'm still learning.
and I didn't use bondo because originally is polygonal, and I was afraid to screw it up as well. I almost set my house on fire using resin and didn't want to risk more
