Energy Sword Templates

Ok I have been looking around for a printout of an energy sword blade and handle so I can trace the design onto a piece of plexiglass or acrylic sheeting, and then make a clay mold of the handle, like Sean did with his. Anyone know or have a rubric for this? And I don't want pepakura files.

I made a PDF a while back to print the Halo2 sword actual size. The program I used was called PosteRazor.
