Faceplates

How in the world do you get the correct indentation or chape on the faceplate, because its not just flat like it was in HL1

Its two motorcycle replacement faceplates, with one thats been dremel cut and then layed ontop of the full visor. Theres a tutorial for it around here somewhere by BlueRealm.
