Fiberglassing the inside of the visor of a helmet

how would I go about doing that? I'm working on a Rogue helmet and I have no idea how I'm going to get inside the visor I'm afraid if I dont fiberglass it it wont be strong enough once I bondo, and that it might warp like crazy. Help?

Dont worry As long as you do a fine job of resining the visor area, or any other area, you will be fine in the Rondo stage
