FIRST BUILD: Halo 4 Recruit Armor *WIP*

Hi all! I decided to build a recruit armor. I am trying to build the full suit, but for now this is what (which is a work in progress). I will update this thread with my progress. This is my first time using pepakura, so I think it turned out well. Please tell me what you think! I have plans to resin, fiberglass, and bondo putty it. I have plans to paint it like this:

So hopefully that turns out well. I may be slow on some of the resin and other stuff updates because I am still buying materials but I will at least work on the pepakura portion because I have enough card stock.

Thanks and ya I know it needs some work. I'm still getting some supplies to continue on making it look better. I'm also still debating on what part of the armor I want to build next. Any thoughts?

I usually start on the smaller parts so I can be sure I'm getting the scale right.

Yep a small part like that helps you to check the scale and doesn't take a ton of time in case you have to scrap it and do it over.

This is gonna be a really ambitious project, can't wait to see more!

Thanks. I'm not the best artist but I am going to try to do my best off of the models I have.
