First costume, ODST (for halo fest)

Hello there,

This forum will be my journey of 3d printing a Desert themed ODST for Halo Fest. So I got my 3d printer last Thursday (2/26/2026), it is a Bambu Lab A1 printer. The plan is to print some miscellaneous items like Biofoam first, then I will begin to print out the pieces of armor later. I will be sharing updates on my costume throughout the year and I hope to see some of you guys at Halo Fest.


Printed a M6C SOCOM on Sunday (3/1/2026)

Thank you! And I will be using the Galatic Armory ODST files. I really like the amount of details they provide and I think it would great in my color scheme

UPDATE: I have finished printing a Biofoam canister and I believe it came out nicely. The top can move up and down which I think is pretty neat. Also I ordered Bondo and some filler primer so hopefully it should come in soon so I can start painting the Socom and canister.
