So i've been on this site for a while now... Looking at all those people making awesome armor from pepakura. Wasn't sure i was good enough to make a helmet but after showing this site to a good friend of mine, he said "hey let's give it a try!"
So we started to read about everything from scaling to painting. He decided to make the E.O.D helmet witch looks pretty hard and i decide to give a try to hayabusa helmet :S
Found out about this 2 part helmet from Agbates and Scandomfo wich is really wonderfull when it comes to scaling: http://www.405th.com/showthread.php/16879-Hd-Hayabusa-Helm-By-Agbates
So i Figured that my head eight was 254mm. After 3 long hours figuring out if it would be ok, I printed the helmet with an eight of 285mm (3cm for fiberglassing and padding)
Started building it tonight. The "Mouth Part" is almost done here a view of the progress for the curious ones
I will continue to update during the next days...
