Spartan 127 the movie doesn't load on my iPad what's it about?

Sorry about that. I don't know how to make it work for an iPad. It's a video of a guy who made a 7' tall Elite Ranger Costume. Go to YouTube and Search "kre8ting the elite costume". There is a part 1 and 2 I think. Like I said. . . My kid stumbled onto the video when he was looking up stuff about HALO, but it's definitely like nothing I've seen before. It's a guy out of Canada that does Special FX.

Yeah! I'm a huge fan of Pete mander's work. I've seen this thousands of times over because of how cool this is. Thanks for having me re-watch it. I super enjoyed this. :)

Well, I'd like to say the ship has started sailing again, but I'm having problems with the damn printer. If I could print this then I can start right back up. But it only takes one bad cog to keep the rest of the clock turning. So bear with me everybody. Hopefully things will be up & running by the end of the weekend.

Sucks, when the printer is the one to go too. I've been having to print on regular paper at uni (which is nice and expensive) then glue it onto the cardstock and cut out when I get home so i feel your pain lol.

Hey guys, Just thought I would update a bit & let you know what I'm doing with my time while my issues are being worked out!

So first & foremost I am happy to report my father has begun working on the printer, or the small computer that works the printer, rather. So hopefully I can begin work soon. However, I've been keeping busy with some other things as well! I'm the co-founder, manager, & artist of a small California based Comic book company out here in Orange. I recently decided to take charge & get things with that up & running again, I've been working out kinks & ideas with the current comic I'm writing. It's a Super-hero story, nothing too crazy or intense... Yet. & at the same time, decided I'd vamp up some of the happenings with the comic itself, I'm also hoping to send the team to next year's Wondercon(Comic-Con is a really big dream of mine, but we don't have the finances or popularity to send ourselves there yet) & sell in the artist's alley(anybody going should definitely look for us!) I'm hoping anybody that reads this post will actually do me a big favor & check out some of the stuff we're doing, all we have so far is a couple facebook pages, but if you'd go on & hit 'like' to our page for the company, Brain Stemmed Comics, & also search www.Facebook.com/Derilict & hit 'Like' it would really mean a lot since this is a Huge part of what I want my career to consist of, anyway. That being said I'd like to wish all you wonderful 405-ers a wonderful day & I hope to be back again soon with some progress on the costume!

It's neat to see that you are a comic book artist. I sort of had the same hobby (I have too many hobbies by the way, costuming, writing, drawing......anyway!) Definately liked. It's an interesting idea about your character. Can't wait to see how things go for you.

Thank you Seth! I really appreciate it! & trust me. I know how the multiple hobbies thing can be a little overwhelming. XD

So I'm back! I am so sorry I've been gone for so long, but I've had a lot on my plate as of late what with school, the play that I'm in, & the recent missing of a deadline on my comic inks... BUT!!!! Amongst all of this I also have a new bit of information to take up my time! My printer is fixed! I can begin work on my costume again! :D so keep an eye out for photos guys! Also, On another note, this last weekend was Comikaze expo in LA & I am so happy, I got to meet my personal hero, Todd McFarlane, I thanked him for making my childhood awesome with the number of products he's come out with, & showed him some of my artwork. He told me it was really good & to keep drawing! So that about just made my century! XD

Hey! Just logged back on from like a month of not doing anything and noticed this thread! Very enthusiastic about the Elites making a stand! I myself am nearly complete with my take on an elite. I did the basic grunt from 3. I also used foamies so yeah. I love the work you are doing here and when you get to the slilts and if you have any questions please feel free to ask. I spent nearly 2 months making sure that they fit my brother perfectly. Comfort is key when wearing a 50lbs+ suit plus stilts. Again great work I am looking forward to more!

XxDr ninjaxx if you could provide schematics or blueprints of the elite stilts it would be much appreciated by the elite committee ( your own design if you could?)
Plus it will help my zealot along a lot!

Shaddow I cannot wait for more elite!.

Sorry man, no official blueprints. Only reason being is that every pair will be different and it is incredibly hard to make a "generic" pair that will work for everyone. I will post some drawings I have of them on my own thread for the community later. All I feel comfortable saying is to use your imagination and a lot of elbow grease and you will have a set to be proud of.

All your work was looking really good. I'm sorry to hear that unfortunate thing happened. Despite that, now that you know what you're doing and what you could've changed, things should run much more smoothly the second time around. Good Luck! Subscribed

Thanks, if you do add images it will help my elite onto its feet ( did you see what I did there!)
