Hi everyone! I already ordered my helmet...just need to start on my armor now. I'm building the Master Chief MK 6 suit. I want to use EVA foam with the pepakura template cutouts. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. I'll be scanning through the forums for pep files and tips. Thanks.

Definitely check out Evakura's stuff. He's got some incredibly detailed tutorials and great tips that will keep you from making some common noob mistakes. Good luck!

You could even check on YouTube......there are a ton of vids on building HAOL armor. And yes, Evakura's tutorials are epic. Also check out Halogodes's tutorial. there are others. Do a word search for foam.......you'll get more than you bargained for.........

I also recommend Andrew DFT on youtube. He builds amazing halo props and costumes for really cheap and is currently doing a web series on EVA halo 3 marine armor. You can pick up many tips from him.
