Fixing the "'" and similar problems

So I haven't been active in the last few years, but whenever I do check in, I'm annoyed by the formatting problems from the older posts. So I went ahead and created a script that'll fix most of it. I don't know if someone's already done this, or if there's another fix, but here it is regardless.

The script might come in handy. Shame i don't have acces to the database myself. Your best bet would be to contact Adam or Walter "Spase".

Fixing everything in the database itself would be preferred, but this still gets the job done client-side. And as for projects, I just recently dusted off my half-fiberglassed helmet and gathered up some supplies. Hopefully I'll actually get it finished this summer.
