Foam armor templates for kids?

My 8yo really wants me to make him an armor suit for holloween. I am not very keen on all the pep files and was wondering if there was a way to download and print without pep. It will be made out of foam and most pep files seem more intricate than I need. Any suggestions would help...

Pepakura designer is still used even to make the foam templates. You just need foam friendly files for the armor you are looking for. If there are none, you can try to convert the files yourself or see if anyone can do it for you.

I remember seeing some kid-specific foam templates in the JF Custom thread in the RPF. It may take some scrolling, but I know they are there. Here is the link. They are still opened in pepakura, but are much simpler.

That's awesome still have to pep I guess but haven't had too much luck finding foam files. Thanks ....

Yea I can tell because there is not a million tabs to fold lol. Just need to figure out the pep now. Half way threw printing it says error and stops printing
