I just finished fiberglassing my helmet and there is of course fiberglass all in the inside. What is the best method to cover that? For the other parts i used craft foam, but i think it will be way to warm for a helmet. But maybe with fans and vents it will work. What did you guys do?

most of us use foam or use Motorcycle helmet padding for the inside, and then add fans. what you have planned should work, but motorcycle helmet pads are very comfy.
Did you put your fan by the mouth or in the back somewhere? I have seen both.

Depending on the size of your helmet you can place a fan by the mouth and one in the back, also make sure the fans have space behind them for good circulation. Most use motorcycle helmet padding like mblackwell said. I use egg crate, furniture cushion ( yellow/green you can get at Joanns), hard hat rig, even military helmet padding
