5mm foam. Mobility is great. I just can't look all the way down.

Where can I get the pattern? Looks great!!!! I want it!!! Also, what size should I make each template piece? Where am I measuring from-to? From under the chin to under the collar bone?

Scratch that....realized it wasn't a 405th member I should be searching for...haha
