Foam ODST build

So this is my first odst build and im making the armor how think would the EVA foam have to be before its considered "Too thick"

You should be ok with anything from 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch or anything in that area. There's a discussion around here about that exact subject, actually. I'll try to find you a link, give a few minutes and i'll edit one in, unless someone jumps in first.

Best form thicknesses for ODST?

8 to 10mm is some perfect stuff form main armor pieces and you can go little thinner for under suit stuff.

I havent had much time to work on it due to work and school

The good news is i was able to start the armor (Which is made of foam) my goal is to get the helmet made in the next week or so
