Foam thickness Reach EOD helmet

Hi, i'm a big fan of the Reach EOD helmet and want to make it out of foam. i found some pep files in the armory and i want to modify them to be used with EVA foam, but i'm wondering what thickness of foam would be the best to use. I have 10mm, 3mm and 2mm at my disposal. I guess 10mm would be the best for the main body of the helmet but a lot of curves and complicated edges look like they would need a thinner foam. If anyone has any experience with this or if anyone has actual foam files for an eod helmet please help me out, any help is greatly appreciated!

Yeah, you seem to be on the right track.

The helmet file we do not have edited for foam, but the file is HERE.
you could either edit the pep file for foam, which shouldn't take too long.
