I dont get it. All I see is guys hitting each other with spoons, and in the end, the middle guy gets hit on the head by the guy on the left. Did I miss the point/joke?

It hurts, yet he keeps asking for more. To me, that's pretty funny. Usually when people get hurt, I find it quite amusing.

The funny part is that the guy in the middle thinks there's some sort of trick to being able to hit someone on the head really hard with just a wooden spoon in their mouth, what he doesn't realize is that the guy on the left is actually the one hitting him... it's from a series of ad's on TV here, there's another one with "Island style" arm wrestling, that one's kind of funny too but they do get old when you see them over and over every day

The first one is an ad for an energy drink, Lift+. The whole idea is that the guys playing the trick on the guy in the middle are drinking Lift+. Sharpen up, drink Lift+.

The game is called Spoons, they play it in the movie "Extreme Days"

The point is to trick the other person into a futile game that they will never win because they don't know that the person behind them is hitting them on the head.
