Great stuff tutorial

Is there a known great stuff tutorial on this site? I was going to use it to fill the brim of my helm (the two peices that stick out) but havent heard of any specific way to do it.
I heard once on here to only use one kind so it didnt expand, but i dont remember what it was, is there any specific way to apply it, and what type do i need to buy?

apply a little at a time and make sure it dosent expand too much and bend out your brim. i did it with high expanding foam witch is the BAD choice. it expands like crazy so i had to hold it down. but get a can of low expanding or this "good stuff" and youll be fine.

which one is the low expanding one....

Edit: After a little research on thier website i found that is is the blue can, called great stuff for windows and doors, its designed to be low expanding

For more expansion, use the red can, and i dont know why oyu would ever need it, but the black can is triple expanding
